concerning number of sneezes one after another.

You sneezed once. That means you are being praised ("ichi homerare").

You sneezed twice so you are being disliked ("ni nikumare").

You sneezed three times in a row. Well, you are definitely being admired ("san horerare").

You sneezed four times. You certainly caught a cold ("shi kaze o hiku"). No doubt about it.
