Güije

Güije is a strange character existing in numerous Cuban legends. There are people saying that they saw him. But, nobody is really sure about his appearance. There are beliefs saying that he is not very tall. Some say he is an old black man. Others believe that he has goat legs and a caiman tail. There are also opinions that Güije is a child with big eyes. Güije is a mischevious character. It is believed that he lives in a river. He is very fast.
